In Jeremiah 20:7-13, we are given a deeply personal glimpse into the heart of God’s prophet. Jeremiah faced ridicule, rejection, and persecution because of the message he was called to proclaim. Yet even in the midst of discouragement, he discovered that the Word of God burned within him like a fire shut up in his bones.

This sermon explores the tension between human weakness and divine calling, the reality of suffering for the sake of truth, and the sustaining grace of God that keeps His servants faithful. Through Jeremiah’s testimony, we are reminded that the Lord never abandons His people and that His Gospel remains worth proclaiming regardless of the cost.

Join Pastor Jason Boothe as he expounds this powerful passage and points us to the Lord Jesus Christ, who faithfully endured suffering to accomplish the salvation of His people.
