Believers are called to pursue peace with all people and to rest in the perfect holiness found only in Christ. Our own efforts cannot produce the holiness God requires, but through the finished work of Jesus—the Substitute and Redeemer of His people—we are made perfectly righteous before a holy God. Look not to yourself, but to Christ alone, our Peace and our Holiness.

“The Spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Might, Knowledge, and Fear of the Lord” will never empower a false Gospel to save Christ’s people. To do so would be to deny His very Name, Truth!
Chosen From the Beginning
Salvation is truly God’s greatest expression of love for His people! He chose us by Himself, apart from any works on our behalf. God sets us apart in Christ for Himself, using the means of the Gospel to draw His elect to Himself.
On One Condition: Christ – Part Two
The Gospel is a set of historical facts concerning the person and work of Jesus Christ. The Gospel is also how these events occurred to save a particular people from every kindred, nation, tribe, and tongue. If you come to believe Jesus is who the Bible describes Him to be, you only do so under one condition - and that sole condition is Christ alone as one’s only hope before a holy God! Christ is the power! Christ is the Revelation of God! Christ is the satisfaction of God Wrath! - Christ is the Righteousness of God imputed unto His People!

As we study the scriptures today, it will be made evident that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation, the revelation of His righteousness, the satisfaction of God’s wrath concerning His people, and Christ’s righteousness imputed to His elect.
